Sam Flax Field Trip

Thursday, Jerry at Sam Flax has been kind enough to offer us a free mounting demo (which usually includes some cool art supply swag). We will meet at Sam Flax for the demo to begin promptly at 3PM - please don't be late! I do not know how long the demo will be, but afterwards, I will head back to school, and will be in 211 for anyone who wants to come back and work for a bit. There might not be much time, though, so it will be up to you if you want to leave from Sam Flax to head home or not. Please let me know if you are not able to attend.


Charity and I both have cars that can hold 3 more people each, so also let me know if you will need a ride. I will find out in class today who all will be in need of transportation over there. Please car pool if at all possible.

As a side note, our critique for the logo project will be held Thursday, 9/22/2011. We will have a couple of graduate students in class watching the crit as part of their pedagogy class, so please be on time and ready to participate.

Also, remember that today I need to leave at 4PM to meet with the Chair of our Department to talk about next year's schedule, so class will be cut short.
